This is awesome!! The photo is clear and the delivery date showed May 11-21 and i wanted it until 5/7. I chatted the company and said i would really like to have it earlier. I did it twice, didn't get a response but was hoping that they still got it and will take action. AND GUESS WHAT!! It showed up today! I'm impressed!

Not fully encased in acrylic
The picture I submitted was printed very clear and the engraving was very well done. I was disappointed that the back of the unit was raw exposed paper of the picture. I was expecting it to be fully covered in acrylic. Was hoping to place it with other memorial plaques and keepsakes at the dog park we frequented but not possible.
