Been taking this product for years! 10/10 Quality, Taste and Performance, without the crash! Best part.. They use a tea blend that absolutely works for me and with the added amino profile I find I stay more hydrated than other preworkout stems. Okay so, the first thing, IT DOES TASTE BETTER THAN ANY PRE WORKOUT I HAVE TASTED. Other pre work outs are just gross and chemical tasting, but I can actually drink this ... No having to hold my nose or anything!! Now it is sweet, but enough water will cut that but it's not overwhelming sweet. Gives a decent boost of energy, dissolves great. Definitely worth it

It gives the extra boost you need during work out and suppress craving for a while after work out. I removed one star because it gives me bloating and makes me really hungry hours after workout.

Updated review: I bought it five times. The two first times the formula looked different, like a pinker color. Now it's kind of chalky mixed with pink dots, and I find it sweeter. I cannot make my mix with two scoops anymore because it's too sweet for me. So I use one scoop instead. I also noticed that the smell changed - and not for the better, in my opinion. I still get the punch for my workouts though. I just wish it didn't change. I mix it with Rise & Shine before going to the gym. I love it. I love the flavor, it is an amazing punch for my workout.
