WOW ! This is a fantastic machine. Looks very well made and attractive. Comes with everything you need for a refreshing vibrational treatment. Powerful, and adjustable. So relaxing to use, and my aches and pains are very much diminished after using. I wish I had known about this sooner! It has amazing vibrations which are controllable. Also comes with a remote control, and arm bands. I loved this so much that I have bought 2 more for my friends.!

This is the second unit we’ve bought. The first one was a gift for my parents last Christmas. They love it so much that I had to buy one for my wife and me. But it wasn’t until we were able to try out my parents’ vibration plate during our visit. This SoftGym vibration plate works so well and can feel the effects on my legs the first time I tried it. Took some getting used to. But once I got used to it, I was able to complete the 10 minute default timed exercise without any problems. I love that it has suction cups at the bottom to prevent it from sliding all over the floor and the platform itself is highly slip resistant. It had those button knobs that you step on that further helps with your foot court. It doesn’t weigh much so it’s pretty easy to move around the house, but you’ll have to release the suction cups’ pressure on all corners before you can lift it up. My wife is pretty light and I’m about 165 lbs. This vibration plate has no problems at all. It’s strong enough to carry both of us on it. Not advisable, but possible. As far as I know, my parents are still using theirs and there are 4 of them at their house using their SofGym vibration plate multiple times during the day. Highly recommended.

Bought this vibration plate and it is very well made. I'm 230 and was worried it wouldn't hold me or break easy it has not. I use it at night or in the morning still trying to fit it in with my routine and kids. It's so relaxing and helps with my circulation when I'm having my high blood pressure episodes. My kids love it as well it definitely calms them.

Love love love!!! It works great. I got it mainly for lymphatic drainage and circulation support, but my hubby and kids love the fat loss mode. I love it so much I am getting a 2nd one for my office at work.

In my 80's, I bought it to see if it would help with my neuropathy. After using it every day for several weeks, I have noticed a distinct difference in my steadiness when walking. It's fun to use and I highly recommend.
