You can use it there but it won't help you. To remove bumps under the eyes (those are sebaceous glands that have enlarged AKA sebaceous hyperplasia) you need to burn them off with a teeny-tiny needle. You can use Skin Classic (good and inexpensive) or electrocautery or cryotherapy.

Yes. You put the one on in the morning and leave it on. When night time comes you apply the night time cream.

I leave it on all day. And then I'll leave the night gel on all night
