Without this, the L-band weather satellite images were full of noise, but now they are near perfect.

Great filters and amplifiers for all your SDR receiving applications.
Do not be fooled by the size or price of these filters and amplifiers. Used alone or in conjunction with others in the series they can make your satellite reception clean and clear every time. They can be installed locally or remotely at the antenna which makes them a critically versatile. Other than plugging them in, around the right way, and supplying power there is no other setup or adjustment needed. All in all they are fantastic value for money, especially for the functionality and compatibility they provide for SDR and other receiver applications. One caveat, they need to be supported.. do not daisy chain them hanging in the air otherwise the connectors will break.
