It is helping back and pelvic after having my son.I don't see how it would work for pregnancy, it would be helpful but i think would be hard sizing wise, i wanted to fit a little big for my pregnancy now but, its too small. i am waiting until after i have the baby to use it.If you're looking for something to help support you after birth, this would be great one to usei would recommend it to anyone, but i would say just be careful with sizing

This #Mamaway support belt is the best! I love how it is so adjustable depending on size. The material is so strong and high quality. It can be folded up into a small area which makes it very easy to store when not using. So comfortable to use and helps give me confidence. I highly recommend it!
