Excellent 100 Percent Whole Wheat Pastry Organic flour
Great quality whole wheat pastry flour. It’s finely milled and works perfectly for baking cakes, cookies, and pastries come out light and flavorful. I love that it’s organic and from Whole Foods. Will definitely buy again.

expensive but really good
for a long time i thought i was gluten sensitive until i switched to organic flour. this change eliminated the heartburn and gas that i was getting. as far as pastry flour whole wheat is hard to do but the milling is superb and the results consistent. this flour has become a go-to and i no longer use AP for cookies or crusts. haven't done laminated dough yet, will update when i do

Need more gluten!!
This is good all purpose flour but it’s NO pastry flour as the gluten content is mi-level at best. For the kind of pastry I am making it has to have higher gluten content otherwise the mouth feel is all off! For the price vs the organic certified flour, it’s a solid value. I just wish it can have higher gluten level.

Whole wheat pastry flour
This is the answer to healthier bread that still turns out light & fluffy compared to whole (red) wheat flour. In an effort to avoid simple carbs (sugar, white flour, etc.) I use it for all baking now and have been real happy with it.

Pastry Flour Makes the Difference Between Good and Can't Stop.
I mix this fresh and delicious flour half and half with rye flour for seed crackers. The rye is sturdy so you can roll it very thin. The pastry flour makes it shatter and melt in your mouth. So, so addictive. I like the small bags for refrigerator and freezer storage.

It’s refreshing to find a whole wheat pastry flour that is as light and easy to use in traditional recipes. I have bought this flour multiple times since I can’t find anything like it at local stores.
