I think this might be my favorite Bachan's flavor. The yuzu adds a nice citrus taste & flavor that add a nice touch to seafood oriented dishes.

Wanted to find a good sauce for chicken for our kids that was not overpowering or too salty and this was a good flavor. Got it on sale and used it for chicken marinade, for chicken meatballs and then chicken skewers. Sauce is great because it isn't too thick or salty like many other sauces. Also, not as much sugar content in this sauce versus other teriyaki style sauces. Will also trying it out with vegetables and see how it works with them.
