It works great so far (1 week of use); my only complaint is that the wave function has a time limit of 30 minutes. I understand that prolonged run time can damage the equipment but what difference would 15 to 30 minutes really make. But thats just nitpicking, it really seems to be a decent product and I enjoy using it.

I bought this product 6 months ago. During one month works perfectly and then burned out. I change the fusible and works for one week. I stopped to use until yesterday. I changed aging the fusible and works for 30 min

3 stars. Over heated and broke after 4 months. I contacted customer service and they offered to send me parts to take it apart and fix it myself for free, but I didn't buy this to repair it when it eventually overheats and breaks. (Average use) I was using it like normal, waiting for it to heat up and I came out to check on it and it was off. I checked the fuse and it was blown and the fuse post was melted. Burnt plastic smell everywhere thing is fried and they offered parts to fix it.... 3 stars for the good customer service but Im going to buy a different one that doesnt over heat and fry itself.

4th time using it the power shut off and still haven't found a way to fix it. Worked well but remember to remove hearing aids near it during operation. Should have bought harbor freight version.
