This little heating pad is nice. It gets really hot. I like hot and it gets good and hot. I use it on bare skin bc I wanted the spot to get good and warm. It warms plenty over a shirt too though. For its size and price its really a good product. I'd definitely reorder if I still needed another. I got it for my daughter right after having a total hysterectomy. I have since used it on my back due to having horrible soreness/possible pulled muscle and it was a life saver and it helped to tie me over til meds kicked in etc. I have a high pain tolerance but it worked good for heat that I couldn't lay down with my normal heating pad bc of life on the go all the time. I wish it could been like my electric heating pad but for being on the go, the working time isnt horrible. After a little while it will cut off by itself but not always bc its dead, it has its own shut off. Ive even had my daughter bring it to school with her too bc of cramps. It can be discrete under clothes unless if your using the massage then as normal a little vibrations noise. Good quality, good design and not bad for price! Its more than it actually expected being its rechargeable and portable. Its also light weight too.

This was my first time using an electronic device for menstrual relief, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it works amazingly well! I usually keep it on the lowest setting to extend the battery life, and it’s been surprisingly effective. I rarely need to use the highest setting, but even when I do, the battery still lasts plenty of time and recharges quickly. I’ve even tried it for a muscle spasm, and it eased the pain. I love that it offers both vibration and heat functions, which you can use separately or together. It’s compact enough for travel, thoughtfully designed, and feels quite durable for such an affordable product.

It's great to have a heating pad that can go with you instead of the corded ones. This one is very compact but delivers great heat (even the lowest temp setting feels hot) and different vibration settings. While the vibration options make a humming noise, with that turned off, this can definitely be used out in public under clothing and no one would ever know if under a larger sweater. The battery lasts a long time. I haven't had to recharge it yet after 2 days of use. It's great for lower back, and stomach cramps. I think men would like this too if it came in other colors. It's soft, comfortable, and adjustable. It snaps on like a fanny pack. Definitely worth every penny!

Don’t buy? I bought this as a gift and what a disappointment. Won’t turn on , battery was charged for several hours and light indicator shows fully charged but when pressing power button nothing happens.

My girl loves this!!. She has legendary bad cramps and shes wonderful about it, considering the discomfort she has. I saw this, the reviews, the control options,...it was a no-brainer especially for the cost. She has thanked me soo many times and said how much it helped. Does it fix everything? No. Does it help? Absolutely. Its 100% worth it, even if it only helps a little bit. Btw, she loves the fact that the heat goes up pretty good...140 I think?

Amazing! Love it!! I can walk around and still clean my home with this. Pain relief. Gets warmer than anticipated. Wish the battery life was better.
