Interesting and descriptive

For me I have found that the layout is not easy to read. Headings are not done in bold or an obvious font. Each recipe runs into the next Need some work on the layout

Good recipes inside however not very inspiring as no pictures inside.

Fantastic wee book! Clarifies the alternative medicines, natural way of keeping healthy. Can be used as a reference book to dip into when needed. Use for the simpler method of feeling better instead of buying expensive chemically produced petrochemical medicines of big pharma! Though should be used with caution where heart medication has been prescribed. Less damage to one’s liver!

Extremely disappointed. Hard to follow due to lack of headers, the book merges, not segregated from one page to the next. Cheap and poorly produced.

Disappointed there were no colour photos to help ID plants/herbs etc.
