TWIN-TOWN 14-Inch 72 Teeth Dry Cut Steel and Ferrous Metal Cermet Saw Blade with 1-Inch Arbor

Was unsure with the reviews. I have to assume that a few bad blades make it out to customers but also some may just be destroying them. I did my learning on the factory blade on my evolution saw. Went up in tooth count for this blade, it is excellent. Several 45° cuts on 2x2x 1/8 steel square tube , a few cuts on 1.25 .063 square steel at 90 and 45 and it cuts like the first cut. I think some dulling is expected relatively quickly, so I don't expect it to last long, and consider a blade a consumable per project. Will order again for next project. Cut slow, let the saw do the work, and if cutting 90 square, use the clamp attachment to hold stock in the diamond orientation.

This metal cutting blade is absolutely amazing. I have cut steel tubing all the way up to 1/4 inch thickness and it melts through like butter. The cut is so fine, straight and polished. It leaves no rough edges or burrs. Better than factory cuts. You must cut slow because the blade will overheat and loose teeth. My blade has not lost any teeth yet but I heeded the warning of others on that issue. I would recommend this blade to any one who fabricates soft steel and metal. My bandsaw is unlikely to see very much future use as long as I have one of these blades on my chop saw.

Worked good but didn’t last. Got about 10 cuts before it started to burr

This is replacing an Evolution blade that came with my Evolution saw. The Evolution blade failed after about 10 cuts and was never the quality I expected - left not so smooth surface on the cut edges. This blade cuts faster and smoother than the Evolution and leaves a very smooth cut surface! Will buy another whenever this one wears out.

I used other brands in the past, but this TWIN-TOWN blade delivers more than you expect, quality and value both! I like the smoothness. It is for low RPM steel cutting and for cold cut steel saws, and so far it has done very nice jobs. I am sure it will last for many many cuts and a long time. The value it brings to me is tremendous. I like it!

I bought this blade because I read the reviews beforehand because I couldn't find a blade that would cut multiple times without it going dull. I put the blade on my chop saw and it made one cut on 2" square tubing that was 1/4" thick. It went through the metal like butter. The second cut barely made it halfway through the tubing till it wouldn't cut anymore. Really disappointed.

5* product up to my last purchase. good value still, but the company changed their blade and the new product isnt as good as the previous blades that are supposed to be the same. ill probably entertain another vender for next purchase and compare to this blade in an attempt to find better value

It is true what they say, you get what you pay for. My original lasted me a long time and it was used for many years. I wanted to go cheap when I had to purchase, but I went ahead and went for this same one because its great quality. Definitely recommended!

Buen embalaje. Entrega a tiempo. El grueso de los dientes de tungsteno se ven bastante robustos y cortan sin esfuerzo. Muy recomendable. No se calienta el disco después de varios cortes consecutivos.

Hasta hoy sigue cortando bien,llevo unos 200 cortes de puro metal.

He comprado todas las marcas literal este es el que más me duró

No sirve no lo compren no aguanta nada hay más cortes con uno de carbon yo lo puse en mi Rebolution
