After reading the reviews on tinny sound I paired this spring sale purchase with a Panasonic soundbar which has given it a whole new quality of sound. The tv was a perfect upgrade and bargain price in the spring sale.it was an easy set up and perfect picture quality.would highly recommended

Wanted a replacement tv for the spare room. OK for the cost, its a great tv, super slim and not heavy (fitted onto a purchased stand). Packed with features and decent quality picture and sound. Does take a while to set all the WiFi functions up and get all my accounts working, but not a deal breaker. Only complaint id have is the standby light is a tad bright at night. Could be dimmer or hidden. Have had many big names TV's over the years with similar functions and this is ideal for the price.

I'm in my seventies, new tech-nervous, want a TV to watch live and with streaming services, no other plug ins. It's great. Amazon guys had this set up in 10 minutes, power plug in socket, connected to internet, with no antenna or other wires needed. Freely has live TV guide with all the free channels I'm ever likely to want to access. Preloaded apps include all the UK basics and players I want (iplayer, ITV, 4, 5, Netflix, Prime, YouTube. Plus lots of others I"m unlikely to use). It's updated itself without any traumas. Screen display and sound are fine for me, I don't feel the need for a soundbar. I'm finding both the remote control and Freely easy and intuitive to use. (There is a momentary blank screen when you change channels on Freely but I was expecting this thanks to YouTubers reports - which almost put me off the system, I'm very glad they didn't.) It's replaced an LG that only lasted 4 years and cost 3 times as much.

Very light and plasticky TV. But that is not a complaint. Just stating a fact. Clear picture with about half a dozen different picture settings. Slightly on the weak side. Certainly not punchy. For what I paid for it can't expect top dollar. The setup was very easy. The only major downside is the sound. It's quite boxy and tinny. So I bought myself a soundbar and I'm now pleased with the setup that I've got.

The Hisense smart tv arrived on time and within a matter of minutes it was assembled and set up. Very easy on screen instructions to follow once the QR code was scanned every app was accessible via my phone. The tv features are really good, once adjusted to your personal preference the picture quality is fantastic. I would recommend getting a sound bar for better audio however without one It's still not too bad. Overall very pleased with my purchase, If your looking for an impressive looking smart tv at a budget price I would highly recommend this tv.

We love everything about this tv. Having read about sound quality and need for a sound bar we considered ordering one at the same time and then chose to wait and give the tv a chance as is first off. Other reviews mention changing picture and sound qualities to suit and for us this is the answer. We have a small tv room with lots of soft furnishings so the acoustics might be helping and the sound is absolutely fine for us. The last tv was a smaller Sony. The sound quality is totally comparable. As is picture clarity. So light, easy to install, quick to set up. If you are considering this tv just get it. No need to hesitate. My only disappointment is that there is no hayu app on the tv and no way to download or watch through the internet function as apparently the browser is too old and I can’t find a way to update it. Brilliant for the price. Delivery was quick and very good as care was taken. The TV was so easy to set up by following the on screen instructions. It did take a while to adjust the sound as at first it was a bit tinny, but again this was an easy fix. The picture quality is so good, especially when watching something that has a dark background. It's definitely enhanced watching Stranger things! Going to buy a soundbar for added enhancement. A good buy and for the price
