There are clinical studies on the ingredients. Let me put it this way... You're paying $60 for echinacea and yellow dock. If you really need an epo boost, get your Dr to give you a shot. Or get more iron in your diet by eating spinach and other dark green foods. The only way this stuff makes you faster is because you're $60 lighter.
