I am an absolute curry nut, making curries from all around the world I always make my own powders. However, after failing a few times trying to make a decent Jamaican blend, I thought I would try Blue Mountain Country's. And, oh my, what a great decision that was. These are the very best curry powders I have ever tried. What I do is mix their standard powder with their hot powder 50/50. And, after adding a couple of scotch bonnet chilis, it is the perfect level of heat, and (to me) the best flavour. Highly (HIGHLY) recommended.

This stuff is pretty good. It could be better. There is a little filler in here and the flavors are not as strong as they could be. In particular, I do not notice a difference in the "hot" versus normal version and some of the flavors are muted so I have to supplement. That said, it is a very nice flavor profile, especially when paired with some coconut milk. Great in beans, chicken, beef, goat, and even some seafood like crabs.

The best go to curry. Betapack is still #1 but it is so expensive. This does the job just right and is more affordable
