GS-911 BMW Diagnostic Tool
I purchased a brand new 2012 BMW f650gs from my local dealer in Arizona. Upon receipt of the bike, I promptly went through the dealer set up checklist and found almost nothing was torqued to BMW spec, so I decided it might be best if I performed all my own service from now on. I purchased the GS-911 tool for my 600 mile/1000 kilometer checkup. It was easy to hook up and register my bike. In addition, I used the new Beta version SW which allowed me to set the bike to US standards and to also set up the next maintenance interval. The dealer had quoted me $175 labor to perform the 600 mile service + drain plug gasket + oil filter + oil + hazardous waste disposal + additional labor to remove the skid plate equaling just about $300.00. By buying this tool, I am now able to ensure the work is done to exact BMW specs and I will be able to drive my bike in confidence knowing everything will be torqued, filled, and set up exactly to factory specs.

Good but requires a computer and manometer plus its BMW expensive.
Works good, limited functionality, expensive, you still need a manometer to balance throttle bodies. Limited to ten bikes.

MUST HAVE FOR BMW ENTHUSIASTS WHO WORK ON THEIR OWN BIKES
Great tool for diagnosing problems. The unit has almost already paid for itself and helping me to figure out a few problems by diagnosing them and then "electronically" recalibrating. I didn't buy the blue tooth version as I doubt I will travel with it but it might have been worth the extra $50 to just have it wireless to my laptop. Either way, a very worthwhile unit to have in the tool box. (Also, I hear that you should not buy the cheap imitations from China. This one is the real deal)
