Yes Ut if planted in a container will not survive a hard freeze; but if in ground probably ok. At least in southern areas anyway

How many bulbs do you get?

You get 15 bulbs but I do not recommend this product none of these bulb grew I am not sure if they old or just dead.

Can these bulbs still be planted in Oklahoma and come up June 2019?

Most of my bulbs came with bits of green growth on the tops but once planted, it will still take several weeks to see the green tips again. It will take time for the plants to mature but each year you will notice a more aggressive growth pattern. I planted mine about 6 weeks ago and they are about 6 inches tall with green leaves. So the height of the plant will probably not come full-term this year but will more than likely do so next year as they are already in the ground and can start growing sooner than now. I have some from 2 years ago and those are already 3 feet high but they started growing long before I got these bulbs. Hope this helps.
