It's fast to boot up and load and the battery life is outstanding. The cost was excellent for the amount of RAM and solid state drive storage you receive. Very satisfied with this laptop.

Less than 6 months after purchase this computer stopped working. Have not been able to get anyone to respond at IST after calling and contacting through their website. We have gone through all of the do it yourself troubleshooting and it won't boot up.

This is a great Laptop! I've been looking for one like this for a while. check out places like BB but theirs didn't have the larger hard drive or memory for what I needed and was much more expensive than this one. I'm very happy with this seller, the laptop was shipped and delivered fast. I use this for my business and I'm very pleased with it's speed and performance. I would not hesitate to purchase another one if the need arises.

I have spent HOURS attempts to load the above referenced update, after returning and repurchasing this model from the seller. I can't believe that an "out of the box" brand new computer would have such issues, let alone with HP. It has been such a disappointment and waste of time, energy and money. MARY ENCLONAR OR CLARE FROM AMAZON CONTACT ME ASAP... You agree? D to refund me the difference on the purchase of my lenovo.. Everyone has disappeared and I am being sent offshore to representatives who have no knowledge of this case or the complaint i am filing...where are you...
