Effective and good flavor - what more do you need?? I am 51 and play softball 3x/week and Ultimate Frisbee 2x/week. Not in superior athletic shape so I tend to need something to give me a boost. I can’t tell you how much I hate nicotine. Easily one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made was taking a Nic pouch a few years ago. The easy access buzz later turned into terrible crashes that would leave me not wanting to do anything at all. I have two jobs that I’m quite good at and hold high positions in, I go to the gym regularly and cook to maintain a healthy lifestyle so you can see how these “nicotine crashes” would affect my day to day yet I’d still pop two 9 mg’s just to satiate the stupid addiction.
