I would say no, I just bougth one for my 10 years old daughter and they are too small for her...they are nice but small :(I think that they fit up to 8 years old

They do not come with a strap. Great glasses though.

Can you tell me the dimension of the side pieces that go on the ears? I have a small head and need sunglasses that are small.

The side pieces are 5" long & where the ear sits is between the 3&4" mark. Hope this helps.

The package says UV400. UV400 by definition is both UVA and UVB, so i would say yes. These are nice glasses by the way.
