The ring light was bright, really like the fact that the brightness can be controlled. When I would use it I noticed it would flicker. I assumed it was the outlet it was plugged into because it was loose. It would do the same other times I used it on the same outlet, then I decided to plug it into a different outlet but it continued to flicker. Then in one of the uses it flashed very bright and just shut off and wouldn't turn on again. I contacted the seller and explained what happened and they said they would send me a new one which I am completely grateful for. I was not expecting them to send a new one. That is one of the reasons why I gave it 5 stars. They emailed me back the same day I contacted them. Great customer service!

I needed this for the best video production but I’m light sensitive and was blinded the rest of the day. Two aspirins and an ice pack please!

It's a great light, just didn't come with instructions but I figured out how to assemble it

The light died the second time I used it. The seller contacted me and apologized, sent a new one. The new one works beautifully, and is a great addition to my video setup.I bought one for a client too.

They didn’t have a paper manual but they reached out to me pretty quickly.Good product overall it was just little hard to assemble without paper manual.

I loved this but it stopped working just 1 week after purchas, i was extremely disappointed.
