The laptop works fine but the set up was another story. When it arrived it was already turned inside the box and the 1 year Microsoft subscription only had 3 months left on it. The manufacturer warranty is nearly at an end and the system starting in S mode was a pain until it was turned off. If you decide to get this get the warranty through Amazon because the Lenovo extended warranty is an upwards $130 plus. Shipping was quick and painless but the things mentioned above are making me question the listing and whether not to purchase a Lenovo in the future!

My wife recently went back to school and needed a new laptop. This is definitely a winner for school work.

So far so good! I actually took mine to a friend that runs his own computer shop called “NEED A GEEK.” He repairs, removes viruses, cleans up the storage, etc. I took it to him without taking it out of the box. We took the laptop out of the box together. I left it with him so he could load in the Office 365 and load in a security and malware system. He also removed all the unwanted apps that are loaded by the factory. I came back the next day and he gave me a run down on all the “ins & outs” of my laptop. It is working well to do my daily needs.

This computer is cheeks. Comes with S mode, which unless you love edge, blocks you from any other browser. I have to disable s mode after each update, which is a huge pain. Also doesn't work with Norton or roboform.

It’s been a great affordable laptop. I did have the issue with it restarting but I updated the drivers and no issues since. I am not a computer wiz. It was simple to do and solved the problem. The screen resolution is great and the programs run great. It loads quickly and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for something affordable and reliable.
