Visualize and clear wax from your ears! It wasn’t super easy to clear the wax (maybe because I have a gooier wax type), but it was very easy to see it. It was very satisfying to scrape the globs out, too. I broke down and bought this product in Sept. 2023 after I stopped being able to hear out of one ear. Since I had some pain too, a doctor just threw antibiotics at it without even looking in the ear. I decided to take matters into my own hands by buying an ear camera with added tools. I searched for days before settling on this one for a very good price with the desired attachments, and I was pretty pleased with it. The instructions were clear, and the tool and all were easy to use. I was very cautious in there because the eardrum is delicate! But I got to see that I had a major wax impaction. The wax was almost at the opening of my ear — and this was after I had spent the past week softening the wax and irrigating my canal with hydrogen peroxide and warm water daily!! I spent 30 minutes (broken into 10-minute intervals, since the camera’s battery life is only 10 minutes) clearing the most superficial wax before getting to the wax that was coating my eardrum. I cleared as much as I could off the eardrum, until I got down to just a thin coating. I then spent an hour over the sink irrigating my canal with warm water and voila! I could hear again! It was a life saver because irrigation alone was not working. I took videos of each cleaning session, lol, but I’m only adding screenshots of them to this review because, as it turns out, I have ear hair lol and it made it hard to see sometimes. Highly recommend having this on hand to monitor your ear health, especially if you’re a wax machine like me because warm water and peroxide will likely stop being enough at some point.

This makes it so much easier to clean ears and is very effective. It's easy to use and set up. It's comfortable and holds a charge relatively well. I typically recharge after 2-3 uses. We've gotten so much use out of it for the price.

I was skeptical at 1st but this is a great product. Easy to use and the istructions are concise. What surprised me the most is how clear the camera is. I was able to see clear through the canal to my eardrum! You will have to download an app to view the camera in your inner ear. That was simple. Finally, the kit comes with tools to keep your ears clean and clear any blockages.

Update: changed my rating This item will not charge so sad because I bought you had friends by two and it doesn't charge. Unfortunately we had to return. I got it on sale for about $8 it works really well it's easy to use I just wish that the point on the stick was a little bit tougher so that you could clean better but I guess it's made this way so that it will not damage your ear. You get a clean clear picture and can see all the way to your eardrum

The app was easy to install but took a little work to be functional. There is a possible data security issue with the app: after downloading the app I looked to see what kind of permissions the app had and learned that the app has access to either my storage on my iphone or the iCloud Drive. There is NO option to not allow the app this particular access. That is highly concerning: why would this app need access to my iPhone or iCloud storage? Perhaps if you want to store images from the camera, perhaps it can be useful. I would like the option to opt out though. I downloaded the app, used it once and deleted it because of this. The camera worked pretty well, not sure it's worth the data security risk. How to check permission on IOS: settings - Soulear - Document Storage with the option to choose iCloud Drive or On My iPhone.
