This weight vests is excellent! I'm a uk size 20 and was worried about fit but there are good long straps that adjust easily. I want on a cross trainer with it and there was minimal movement. I have kept all the weights in but they are easily removed. The product looks and feels to be good quality and there are no rough edges. You can swing your arms freely without any rubbing. This is a great vest and if I manage to keep my regime up I may even go up to the next weight of this vest. Definitely recommend.

Love this vest! Such good quality! It feels heavy getting it out of the box, but the weight is evenly distributed making it comfortable to wear. I got the 18lb, and will be purchasing the heavier one. Im 48kg.

I could not love this more!!! My only regret is not knowing about this sooner- such an effective addition to my workouts. Also so easily adjusted to fit and increase weights depending upon activity.

Well it’s a nice fit -evenly weighted , using it for my dog walks -so took all 8 weights out for the first week and then my intention is to add weights evenly (front and back ) one at a time -as it was considerably heavier than I envisaged -but able to work up to increasing weights 👌🏼 Photo of vest without any weights in pockets , other than permanent weight in shoulder and breast straps

You can get a snug but comfortable fit with the adjustable side straps and you can remove some of the weighted pouches to adjust the weight of the vest if necessary. Don't overestimate how much weight you can handle as I was surprised at how heavy mine was and I picked the middleweight vest! Although soft and padded, I did find the vest cut into the trapezium (between shoulders and neck) with prolonged wear but it does seem to ease as your body adapts over time. I could certainly feel the muscles in my legs, glutes, and torso aching the day after use, so it does stimulate the muscles. A great alternative to the gym if you like long walks!

I have just bought this on recommendation. I recently had spinal surgery and have returned to the gym. Im strengthening my back and have begun on light weight and walking an hourvon the treadmill. Ive only bern using a few weeks, but im beginning to notice a difference and losing a few lbs per week.

Cómodo y fumcional el chaleco, pesa 5,5 kg solo el chaleco. Tiene 6 bolsitas más adicionales , que suman 2,7 kg más si se incorporan al chaleco. Se recomienda que el peso total del chaleco sea el 10% del peso total del usuario, para running , para andar o en el gym puedes llevar el total, una vez que acostumbres el cuerpo y piernas al peso del chaleco primero y luego progresivamente incorporar más peso. Los 6 bolsillos , tres adelante y tres atrás con velcro , muy útiles para llevar geles, bidones flexibles una vez utilizados, llaves , el móvil y demás. Después de 15 km usándolo andando y 2 km corriendo con humedad, calor y sin camiseta, sobre la piel; SATISFECHO.
