If you know what you are doing, and can get the head of the stethoscope to line up just right, it works. However, it tends to turn making hearing impossible. I guess you get what you pay for. I would not recommend this for anyone who is not already proficient in taking a blood pressure or performing an exam.

This is a high quality stethoscope….seems as nice as my old Littmann with good sound quality and decent length of tubing (not too long but not too short).

I’ve used other brands but I don’t want to spend a lot of money on a product I just need it to work. And work this does. Only issues is it turns on it’s own and I just have to make sure the right side it functioning. And my left ear piece comes off when I’m wearing it sometimes in my ear. But it’s easily fixable so I don’t mind and it doesn’t happen every day.
