Soft to the touch. you can stil spot clean it. It does take about 4-5 days for all of the folds to leave the rug, it seemed like they woldn't go away.

Waited about a week to leave my review. Initial unboxing it will be extremely creased up. Due to the way it is packaged (air tight sealed and folded in a box) it will have lots of creases. First few days it doesn’t look like it will ever flatten out. But if you give it time and stretch it back out every couple days it relaxes out. Extremely soft and exactly what I wanted.
