There is really no need to have one for the lite. It folds up and is able to be carried as is. Unfortunately it will not fit in this bag.

can it fit a 4 foot table

Nope!!! The shooting table is in sections designed to break down into smaller pieces.

Table top dimension is 34" x 25". Bag dimension is listed as 16" x 15" . How is that possible?

I havent use the bag yet. Mine looks large enough. My bag is bigger then 16 X 15.
