Love this new experience with saffron. Made my heart beat slower when I’m stressed. I’d get a higher mg next time though so I would only have to take one per day.

I have been taking for a month and it really seems to help relieve my pms/mood symptoms.... So no, Dr Gregor isnt WRONG he studies the studies.... ( Just relays the info, maybe the studies are WRONG🤨) I will do an update in another month but so far so good. The VERY EXTREME review I see posted prior seems a bit like pointing fingers; if your world falls out from under you you can't think that the only cure could be safron.... I've suffered with depression and complex ptsd, and I can't expect safron be the cure all. And I wouldn't blame gregor for his findings. Now, in saying that I may come to find out in the next month it doesn't help much. I'm wondering also if maybe the dosing needs to be higher if you have more severe depression. It does seem dosing can be vague.... Does anyone know?

I absolutely love these. My doctor recommended this for my brain fog and ADHD. I use them along with my adderall and my brain fog is gone after one day and I don't get depressed when my adderall wears off for the day!

The best gift I could give myself. Since taking this product along with Rhodiola rosea I feel more alive than ever. I can get my work done without feeling overwhelmed. I breath and it feels good. Before I felt as the world is too much for me to handle, my mind was cloudy. Not anymore.

I could not see any evidence of saffron stigmas in these tiny pills so I opened a capsule. It’s mostly MCC aka processed wood pulp. But the worst is the chemical smell! I even had my 82 year old father smell it, and he said “It smells like strong bleach!” I will never buy another Swanson product. And Amazon’s no return policy stinks too.
