Wonderful relief!!
First of all, this is not a CURE for falling arches/plantar fascitis, but an aid. Having said that, I'm SO very happy I chose to try these socks. Since I start walking a lot, and very long distances at that, my arches have started to hurt and whether it's falling arches or plantar fascitis, I needed some remedy for the pain. I started out wearing the socks randomly on and off, and I quickly noticed that my feet hardly hurt at all when I was wearing the socks and when I did not wear them, pain would instantly return.Size-wise, I am normally a shoe size 10 (regular width) so I per the size chart I ordered a L/XL and the fit is perfect. It provides a nice compression but not too tight so I have no problem wearing it all the time, and ever since I noticed the difference in comfort/pain when wearing and not wearing the socks, I have pretty much started wearing them 24/7.I have not gone on a long-distance walk with these yet, I'm planning on one in a few days so I may update my review. I have been on several shorter walks though, and the socks do seem to help, so we'll see how the longer walks will be affected. So in short, yes, I do recommend these socks if you are looking for relief. As stated, they are not a solution to curing this, but it sure helps with the pain. I will most likely buy another couple of pairs, although these seem very durable, I've been wearing them 24/7 for several weeks now and I don't see any wear and tear as of yet.

This Brand Is The One To Buy!
I love my Plantar Fasciitis Foot Compression Sleeves. I am a finish carpenter and I am on my feet anywhere from eight to sixteen hours a day. At times I go home limping and struggling to go up and down stairs. I have my fair share of medical issues and wearing these supports I have seen improvement with a few of those issues. I am not nearly as sore in the evening, I am able to move easier throughout the day, and these supports have even helped to improve my sleep because I’m not in pain that wakes me at night.I have tried a few different manufactures of these type of support socks and I think the Alvada version are my favorite. I like the material they are made out of and they seem to have just the right amount of elastic pull without cutting off the circulation to my feet. These also breathe well. I actually like to wear these over my normal socks so I don’t have bare toes in my shoes and they don’t get to hot wearing both pairs.I really am impressed with these compression/ support socks. The price is reasonable but they really feel like a quality product. Most of all I am happy the plantar fasciitis has improved so much that I can get back out and play sports and exercise like I did when I was in my 20’s

Good Purchase
I've had plantar fasciitis for years. I've had shots, done endless stretches, bought inserts for my shoes with very little relief. These socks are NOT the magic cure for PF. However, they do give some relief. Here are my observations and experience after wearing them.1. What I noticed right away is that one of them fit tighter than the other. I had no idea my foot and ankle were swollen until one of the socks was obviously tighter. After almost a week of wearing them they fit the same. So it has helped the swelling.2. They are a little tight on my ankles but not so much that I can't wear them all day.3. The PF still hurts but it is less severe. I would say it is about 20-30% better.4. Before the socks my foot hurt almost 24/7. Even when I was not putting weight on the foot. I do not sleep in the socks and the foot pain at night in bed is 50% better. I actually have hours when I am in bed when my foot doesn't hurt. That is HUGE.5. They are a little thick and some shoes do not work well with them.6. Not having a sock on my toes feels weird. I am not sure how this will work in winter shoes/boots. I feel like I will need a sock over this in really cold weather. Hopefully I will figure out how to make this work.Over all I am very happy with this purchase.

PAIN GONE!
Wow! These work...really. Remarkable, I have always gone barefoot as much as possible. Didn't care if I was inside or out. I am turning 60 soon and just recently been waking up with horrible heel pain in my left foot. Finally "Googled" and found out I am suffering from Plantar Fasciitis. Thought about those simple bands but the reviews said they slipped around on your feet. I didn't think a "sock" could help. But since I had some Amazon points to spend figured I couldn't lose. Plus, I think they can be sent back if they don't work for you...not sure about that but seems there is a return policy so thinking they may be guaranteed. Worked right away. I have been wearing my bright pinks all day on both feet. Toes are exposed so can where with flip flops. I'm not supposed to, I have arch supports in my slippers now...oh dear..."It's a drag getting old". I am very happy with these. I don't wear when sleeping though. I guess you could with no problem. I slip them off when on the couch for a while. Going to buy another pair soon, these are supposed to be hand washed. I am tall and have large feet. Bought the L/XL, I recommend to anyone with this problem.

Works great, but falling apart after less than a month
These socks work pretty well, but after one hand wash (literally washed them gently by hand and hung to dry) they are pilling and the elastic is fraying at the ends. I wear these in the evenings so they’re rarely exposed to a large amount of walking for wear and tear. I’ve had them for less than a month. Probably going to look for a more hardy sock as a replacement.
