There’s a hard practice on the inside. My son didn’t enjoy wearing these shoes. They are very stylish though.

I bought these shoes for my grandson because his old shoes were coming untied while playing in his basketball game and I can tell he was unbalanced and he wasn't scoring that many points, well he just had a game last weekend and he loved them, he wasn't unbalanced, his shoes didn't come untied and he scored 10 points. These shoes has support and they're well balanced, a must have for sure.
