how long can i store it?

I think pasta in general goes bad after a year. This pasta is sealed in plastic and not loose in the box. Thus, it should store well. Actually, it tastes so good I don’t think you will have to worry about storage. Only worry about keeping it on hand.

Do these hold up to being reheated as leftovers or for meal prep?

Yes. However, note that the texture is not the same as starch pastas. The texture remains the same upon cooking. I dont think you can overcook this - and as such the texture remains the same upon reheating. It is different. I personally like it as a substitute, but it may not be to everyone's liking.

Other than spaghetti sauce, what sauce would you put on these?

I've mixed with pesto, alfredo sauce, stir fry, etc. anywhere you would use pasta.
