Yes, it has worked great to stop my diarrhea. One or two scoops a day is all it took for me. I put it in a smoothie with half of an avocado, an apple, yogurt, and a little juice.

I got this from Dr. Shulze website after searching for Expiration date on this product: "All of Dr. Schulze’s Specific Formulas are tonics. Unopened, naturally preserved tinctures have an indefinite shelf life. Fifty years from now an unopened bottle of one of Dr. Schulze’s formulas would still be good to use, and just as potent. However, once opened, we recommend consuming them within one year. For the “dry” products (e.g. SuperFood Plus, Intestinal Formula #1, Intestinal Formula #2, HerbalMucil Plus, Detox Tea, K-B Tea and SuperSlim packets), these should be consumed within one year of purchase. And, once opened, they should be consumed within six months."

Q: Does this product alleviate bloating?

i am sorry, i will answer this question, i bought dr schulzes products on 2 different occasions, they didn't do anything for me, so i decided i would'nt buy his produts anymore, i bought something like for making a tea for aiding your stomach etc.

Q: So at 5 H-tsp per day, this jar will last about 10 days; how many jars are needed for a good cleanse ?

5 seems like a lot, I use 1 teaspoon with natural calm about 5 nights a week. A jar usually lasts me a month
