I was pleasantly surprised at this one. It has a metal clip, a belt loop for vertical, and a belt loop for horizontal. I only use vertical. It holds my iPhone 7 in it's case with no issues. It's made of a canvas material, but it's pretty heavy duty. Overall, it's a good deal. The Velcro closure is very strong. If there's a negative, the Velcro is "noisy" when you open it, but that doesn't matter much to me.

If the most exercise you get at work is hanging around the water cooler, then this cell phone holster is definitely not for you. However, if you are an assembly line worker or roofer, then this holster will keep your cell phone on you hip and well protected. I thought I might have to remove the belt clip because I use the belt loop instead, but this holster sit comfortably on my hip because the belt clip is designed for comfort. This is a great product at a great price!

Got this and a cell phone hard case the otter box and he seems to love it. He works on heavy equipment and needs quick access to his phone due to work and loves this case. I would recommend it to anyone that like having holster cell phone holders. Build heavy duty.

The case is great but the clip on the back is place too low for me. I had an iPhone SE that fit in my pocket perfectly while working outside and when I upgraded to the XR, it kept sliding out of my pocket. The case is nice and seems durable but the clip is placed in the middle and when I clip it to my waistband or my pocket, it rises above my waist and the whole case falls off while doing a lot of bending. Rather than a slide-on clip I think a pinch-type clip placed at the top of the case would work better so it stayed at the same level as the waistband. I don't use it much but it may work fine for others.

The phone case was made a quality material however it’s very big it would be best suited for phones that are in large cases otherwise an iPhone and a small case shakes around a lot inside the holder it would’ve been perfect if it fit my phone and wasn’t so large

These cases are so well designed, they provide great protection for whatever you put in them. I got the first one for my phone and have two others for electronic test devices.

This is a quality item however it didn’t serve my purpose...when my phone was in it I couldn’t wear it on my dress pants without it bending down the edge of my pants. Not good. But I’m sure it works great for men or someone with a belt. I se t it back and went with a fanny pack. Much better for my needs.

I use this holster every day, and it's great. It's as tough as nails. I especially like that I can feed the belt through the back of the holster in either horizontal or vertical orientation, in addition to using the clip if I wish. I just feed it horizontally each day myself. Recommended.

I have used this holster almost everyday for the last 3 or 4 months. Overall, I am happy with it and it protects my phone well while I am working. My only complaint is that the metal clip has already broke on one side on the top of it. The holster is still functional and I will keep using it until it eventually breaks.
