The Berenstain Bears and the Trouble with Friends

We love these series - great edition with stickers. Colorful large pictures - classic book.

In the Trouble with Friends, Sister Bear gets in a fight with her new friend. Sister learns that no one can always be right all the time. Mama Bear teaches Sister the importance of having friends to play with and lets her learn by her own mistakes. My four-year-old and I have discussions before, during, and after reading any of the Berenstain Bear Books. Each Berenstain Bear book, including Trouble with Friends, teaches kids about life lessons. in a comical, childlike way. I found this book on Amazon for dirt cheap. It was delivered in excellent condition just five days after my order was placed. I'm a big fan of the inexpensive books and the delivery system in which Amazon is made-up of. I don't know what we would do without Amazon.

This is a fun children's book with a good message that when it comes to friendship it is not always perfect, you won't always agree, and it's important to be patient, compromise, and realize it's a two-way relationship. For children this is an important concept, and applies to many situations. I also think it's important to keep an open dialogue with your child(ren), ask about their friendships and how they're going, and when you find windows of opportunity to answer questions or pass on valuable advice on friendship, that will help them throughout their life. :) My daughter and I enjoy the illustrations in Berenstein books - this one included! :)

I love the Berenstain Bears books for my kids. Such fun educational stories. My kids get very upset when I buy one of these books, but when I start reading they sit quietly next to me and then start bringing me other Berenstain Bears books to read. They do love them, we usually read about 3-5 books at a time.

I remembered this book from my childhood and got it for my daughter. She's 6 years old and has been having trouble with a few girls in her class, they always want to be first. Trouble with Friends helped my daughter see how not taking turns can be hurting others. She's made reference to this book when she tells,me about her day and her friends. This book is great for young children.

Bought for my grandaughter, she likes these books and is 6 years old.

Thought this was a good subject for our 4 year old daughter. The books discusses how meeting someone new is exciting but when you have two strong willed individuals...then compromise is often the remedy. Trying to teach our daughter early about compromise but also wanting her to know that no one should be able to take advantage of her either. I recommend...

I used to love the berenstain bears when I was younger so of course I bought the book! Great story about being kind my little one enjoys it

Bought New but cover was damaged. Package was in tact so the book was sent already damaged.

Good but costly. Price is higher.
