Very frustrating - stay away from this Company
I ported my US number over to CUniq plan 3+ weeks ago from Freedompop. It took roughly 2 days to complete porting and then activate the account. After that, I did the name verification for my China number and Hong Kong number. Within 24 hours, I received a text that the name verification was approved.I tried to call my HK and China number from Skype and Google voice. Both numbers are not working. I received a ring tone and then a recording said "Sorry, the current service is not available" I opened the ticket with CUniq and it has been 2+ weeks and it is still not working. I made 7 calls to followup without any success. My last call, I demanded the customer rep to call me and confirmed that he received the same error message. He confirmed and updated my ticket with the error message after 2+ weeks and numerous calls. The rep was not able to provide any ETA when a fix or response will be provided. Not recommended.
