Not very sticky, so not effective at all. A waste of $14. Even under $10, I would not recommend because these strips do not keep the nasal passages open.

The glu of this nasal strips was weak!before I bought another strips from amazon with more power of sticking! Also my wife couldn't use it because of skin irritation! The size are normal!

Great alternative to name brands. Not quite as sticky - just make sure nose is oil free and it will work well.
