No, filtering hot water can damage the RO membrane (Ice water is also not allowed). The source water must be at room temperature（4-38℃/39-100℉）.

Why do new water purifiers have water droplets on them when they are unpacked?

The purifier undergoes strict water pressure and function tests (sealing/filter permeability) during manufacturing. Residual water may remain in filters, pipes or tank after testing.

Why does the first cup of water have an odor after the machine has not been used for a while?

There may be stagnant water in the pure water tank. Please empty the entire tank for flushing, and the machine will automatically resume water production, allowing you to enjoy high-quality purified water again.

How often should the filter element be replaced? How to find out when the filter element should be replaced?

When the filter life indicator prompts replacement, change the corresponding cartridge. RO membranes typically last 18-24 months, while PAC and CF filters may need replacing every 6-8 months with regular maintenance.
