Received my case today n the mail and opened it noticed it was wrong color and used. Scratched really bad and no it did not have protective cover. Inside of case was dirty and also back was dirty and scratches. Packaging was not damaged or opened so it was shipped like that.

I've had the case for a few weeks and the case falls off all the time the screen cover is really really annoying it just slides all over the place and in fact has scratched my phone screen in a few places so I wouldn't waist your money on this horrible quality case. I did look for something better but sadly it seemed like for my phone (samsung note 9) there wasn't much because I really like flip cover cases.

The mirrored privacy screen is thicker than I had assumed it would be. Other than having to keep wiping off the outer screen of fingerprints & smudges from touching it... its a good phone case especially for just $6.00.

The case is a good fit for my old Samsung Note 9. I've had it for 3 months now and it is still in good condition.As noted in other reviews, however, it does not disable the screen when the cover is closed -- this leads to unintended key presses that have opened apps, enabled/disabled festures, submitted orders on my trading platform, and more. So, just keep this in mind and know that you will need to develop good power-off discipline prior to closing the case.

The case doesn't stay shut, the app that is supposed to work with the cover is marked as a known virus, the kickstand barely holds the phone up, and when the cover is closed, the I can still operate the screen through it. The only reason it gets two starts is that the phone hasn't been damaged while in the case so as of right now, it protects the phone.

Pro:(1) This one actually fits, (2) Closes correctly , (3) Protects my phone, (4) Only 12 bucks.Con:(1) Cheaply made, (2) Cover too dark to read phone, (3) Weak magnets, (4) Cover will NOT dim screenNot a Samsung Clear view, not even close. It's just a flip cover. Very sad I can't find a genuine Samsung Clear View, but they are no longer made. This is all we have for a Note 9 now: $12 to protect the phone.VERY FAST DELIVERY!! I have had so many protective cases, that were gaudy and think. This hands down, is durable, sleek and gives it a nice style. I love you Amazon.

The cover flap started separating after only 2 weeks. A replacement was sent, and is exactly as described.
