A useful resource we will refer to over and over again
Brilliant book—exactly as described. My wife and I started using it straight away, and it’s already proving to be an invaluable resource we’ll return to time and again. The only improvement I’d suggest is the addition of an index at the back, which would make it even easier to navigate and reference specific topics.

The book itself is fine, but the quality is dreadful. Cheap printer paper in a cheap hard cover. The book looks like it was made in Microsoft Word.

This is a very exhaustive resource on the power possessed by natural herbs that are available around us. The author starts off with the preparation of the herbs themselves, before diving into individual recipes that address a particular health benefit. Very useful guide!

I love this book! It is very informative and has a few pages dedicated to both what helps with certain health problems, types of remedies, and lots of useful recipes! I would recommend it to anyone looking a daily book of home remedies!
