I am so pleased with how this unit for the amount of features that this air conditioner has it really doesn’t take up much of a footprint whatsoever. The bottom actually takes up less space than my dirty clothes basket. The same unit can be used as a fan, dehumidifier, air conditioner, and a heater. And all those can be controlled right from the top panel or with the digital handheld remote. That definitely comes in handy if you are putting it in a bedroom or just want to have easy access from wherever you’re at to control it. In addition to the remote, I can also hook this up to my Wi-Fi. Serene life has its own app so I can actually control it from anywhere by just using it the app on my phone. It has timers that I can set as well as a sleep mode. The fan puts out as much air circulation as my 40 inch tower fan. When I’ve had it in cool mode and using as an air condition in the bedroom, it could easily have that bedroom feeling like a meat locker in minutes. It’s definitely powerful enough to Cool a smaller home. But we mainly use it in our two-story home to help cool down the upstairs so that our central air isn’t running nonstop. It does have wheels on the bottom and can move around on a flat surface fairly easy. The digital display shows the fan speed as well as the temperature with just a click of the button. There’s a single fan blade in the front. When the unit is off this fan blade stay shut, when it turns on it opens up and I can oscillate it so that it circulates air from floor to ceiling, and I can also stop the blade at any point so that it it is blowing air in a specific location. It does come with a hose for the dehumidifier. It is a shorter hose, but if I want a longer hose, I can easily match this up at my local hardware store since it’s just a basic silicone tubing with no specialized tip or end. This comes with foam to seal up the window, so that the piece that holds the extendable hoses in place has a nice tight seal around the window. It also has the ability to attach not just the exhaust hose, but a second hose for air intake. Even though there is a large air intake on the back with a washable filter, the additional air intake allows me the ability to bring an air from the outside. This is excellent when I’m wanting to improve the air quality like when I’ve been cooking or even when using it in the basement as a dehumidifier.

This portable AC works really well and I’m very happy with it. The cooling power is strong and it really does make a difference fast, keeping the whole room comfortable even on hot days. I like that it’s not just an air conditioner but also has heating, dehumidifier, and fan modes so I can use it year-round instead of just in the summer. The noise level is surprisingly low, it’s much quieter than I expected, which makes it great to run in a bedroom or office without being distracting. It was pretty easy to set up with the window kit and I also appreciate that the filter is removable and washable, so it’s simple to maintain. The design is nice too, sleek and compact, and the wheels make it easy to move around from one room to another when needed. The Wi-Fi control is convenient because I can adjust it right from my phone without having to get up. Overall, it’s powerful, efficient, and reliable, I think it’s a great option if you need something portable that actually works well.

This portable AC unit came so close to being a perfect 5-star product, and I’m genuinely sad I can’t in good conscience give it that last star. Everything about the performance is fantastic: it looks sleek, it cools my new apartment far better than my old unit ever did, and the WiFi connectivity is a great bonus; being able to adjust settings from my phone is incredibly convenient. Best of all, it’s whisper-quiet. My box fan is louder than this AC, which is impressive. So why only 4 stars? The hose connections. The included window inserts technically work, but the design is frustrating. The hose adapters are the same size, so you can’t connect them directly... you have to use a third extender piece that pushes the hoses farther apart. That’s fine if you have a large window, but I have a smaller one, and I needed the opposite: the hoses closer together. Unfortunately, there’s no way to nest or adjust them, so I ended up stuffing materials around the inserts to hold them in place and block air leaks. It works, but it looks janky and feels like a big oversight for such a pricey unit. Overall, the cooling power, quiet operation, and smart features make this a fantastic AC — but the poorly thought-out hose connection system drags down what could have been a flawless product.

I wanted to turn my large shed into a usable workshop. I have power to the space but it didn’t have any climate control to make it comfortable to be in for long. This portable until hooks up easily to a window and has the capacity to heat or cool a 650 square foot space. That’s a bit more than I need but my insulation isn’t great so I opted to have more. It does a great job of cooling the space fast this summer and it has been super hot out. It has wifi control so I’m able to turn it on remotely and I like to do that about 30 minutes before I go out. I like that it is has an inverter to allow variable speed compressor operation, which ensures optimum energy efficiency at every temperature setting. This unit also has heating, dehumidifying and fan modes so I’ll be able to comfortably use the space year round. It’s very easy to set up, I find it so much easier than putting in a window unit. I’m very happy with how well this works. It is powerful and runs pretty quiet. I can comfortably work in my shed, it is exactly what I needed.
