If you need a futon mattress for a good price that will be comfortable this is the one. nothing crazy, you get exactly what you pay for. would recommend.

It’s comes extra extra shrink wrapped but after 48 hours it reaches its full size and it is great . Nice and sturdy , good corduroy material and it’s thick

Since I have to leave a star to add my comment I did. Wish I could do zero. Cannot recommend this futon mattress. Did do as they said to let it inflate. Mine was hard and bumpy and no amount of punching it got it to be smooth. Along the first week I noticed a funky smell. It smells like mildew. Make me gag. My pillows are smelling like it too. They want you to return the product! How in the world can one put it back in its box.? Box went in the trash sometime after opening when I had hopes of this being a good product. Please think twice before purchasing this product. I have since purchased another mattress from a different seller. I am much happier with it. It deflated quickly and fits perfectly on my futon!

Ordered this as me and my GF just picked up a futon frame and needed a mattress for it. Unpacking was fairly easy. I can see how some of the reviews say it got lumpy as there was a few sections that I noticed where not filled with any foam when I first got it out of the bag! I will say you do need to work the internal foam around a good bit to get it to fully fill in without any voids. I think I spend a total of 1hr from the time I opened the box till I was satisfied that I worked most of the foam around to where it would end up decent. Not sure if it was all worth it but after the full inflation time it turned out pretty good and a lot more comfortable than I thought it would be. Good support and it seems to be fairly durable so far. Would recommend buying but beware. You will need to put in a little bit of effort to get it to fill in properly!

The mattress came packed in a very small tight box. At first I figured that this would be a return. but after opening it very diligently, it kinda popped out like a self inflatable dingy. And to my surprise this mattress is amazing!! you have to give it 48 hrs to fully open. the instructions even indicate this. no! This is not plastic!! in fact the material is very soft and also very thick. I would defiantly recommend for replacement for futon. 10/10.

I bought this for my son and he says that it is very comfortable and he sleeps good!

It's nothing like the picture so be prepared. It is nice though but it's that's foam material inside and hard to even out throughout the futon. Not too bad for the price and it's for the kids so no biggie.
