Love this little pillow!
I purchased this pillow about 3 weeks ago when I noticed my 3 month old daughter's head was becoming flat. I became a little obsessed over it and looked up ways to help reshape it and prevent it from becoming worse. I came across this pillow and read the reviews and saw the pics and immediately bought it. I thought the price was a little high but decided it was worth it to try it out. I am so glad I did!! Within a day I noticed the curve starting to come back and now her head is almost completely rounded out! I highly recommend this! I am thinking of buying another because I use it so much. She sleeps every night on it in her rock n play. We use it when we change her and when she lays on her activity mat. She loves it! I can tell it makes her comfortable too. I am buying one for my sister who is due this summer. If you are worried about flat head syndrome and need something to help fix it or prevent it, buy this pillow!

It really does work
At first I was skeptical that a pillow this small would work since i figured she would move her head right off of it, so im not sure where people are getting the "this is too big and bulky" from. Maybe if your baby is a day to a week old this would be too big.My baby girl is almost 4 months, but when i took the first photo she was around 3. As you can see, she favored one side more which brought on the flat spot. At her 2 month check up, our pediatrician recommended that we keep her off of it by propping a rolled up blanket behind her so she'd be on the opposite side. We tried that and it didn't work since she would turn her head to that side as she favored it. I began to worry that it would only get worse since it wasn't getting better and decided to research, which brought me to this pillow. After 9 days of using this every night for her to sleep on, her head shape has improved drastically. I'm now a believer in this pillow and will recommend to anyone who's dealing with the same issue. The $25 price tag on such a small pillow made me hesitant, but it's worth it since it keeps the pressure of the skull off the flat, hard mattress. She does rotate her head on the pillow from left to right but it still keeps her head shape round. I was worried that she would need to sleep flat on the back of her head for it to work but much to my surprise that isn't the case at all. She's in the 92% for head circumference and doesn't move her head off the pillow when sleeping which I'm thankful for. This pillow saved me from my worries of having to possibly get a helmet. Thankfully I do not have to worry anymore.*P.S.*I read some of the low ratings and how their baby was scratched by the velcro. You're not supposed to lay your baby on the velcro side. That should be common sense, then you won't be dealing with irritated, scratched skin.

Good price and it works amazing!
This product is great. Baby started to get a flat head. We do tummy time and wearing but she sleeps so sound through the night. This pillow showed a difference in just a week. It still has a long way to go so she’ll be using this for quite a while longer. It is a little awkward under her neck but she doesn’t seem to mind it. Someone said it was too small here but I don’t think they understand the concep of it. You don’t want back of baby’s head to touch whatever is underneath so it’s meant to be this way. It is still working great and totally big enough at 4 months. Besides that, it has Velcro so size can be adjusted. Also to people saying it’s expensive, a helmet to correct head shape costs thousands. So this is not very expensive in comparison.

Do not recommend waste of money
I bought this hoping it would help my daughter flat spot out but it's to thick looks very uncomfortable my baby chin lays on her chest and is not safe didn't do much for helping her head form either only used while I was awake to monitor her didn't use it but maybe a few weeks off and on usually she would roll off of it probably be it was uncomfortable her. Plus once your baby starts to crawl and roll over they sleep on there sides there head will round out more without these kinds of pillows in my opinion I'm not a doctor but that's what my pediatrician told me. So don't worry mom's and dads these things will work out. There's other routes you can take but will cost a lot.

not bad
My daughter was diagnosed with mild torticollis and plagiocephaly. She favors her left side and that side was getting flat. We go to physical therapy and do exercises at home. I do as much tummy time as she can tolerate. The problem is that she sleeps ten to twelve hours a night so I needed something to help with that. I would turn her head the other direction in her sleep but that wouldn't last. I know it's not SIDS approved but I started letting her sleep on this a few hours and removing it before I got into bed. I also bought a boppy noggin nest for during the day if I need to put her in the swing or for diaper changes. It's been about 3 weeks since I got this pillow. Her head seems to be rounding out from the combination of everything. I don't know for sure if this pillow helps but we are committed to it now. She rotates her head side to side in it and that causes her hair to fall out on it. The pillow is also getting a little lumpy from her sleeping on it. Not sure if anybody has any suggestions for me to fix that.

Works!!!
At my daughters 4 month check up her doctor said she needed a helmet because of her flat head. After reading many reviews of people fixing flat heads themselves I decided to buy this pillow. We have been using this pillow for a month and 3 weeks now and her head is almost completely rounded out!!

A nice idea, if your child will tolerate it.
As a newborn, my son preferred to turn his head toward one side, causing that side of his head to start to flatten. I bought this pillow (the most expensive pillow I've ever purchased) hoping it would help us avoid needing a helmet down the road. My son HATED it. He was SO MAD that he couldn't turn his head due to this pillow. I still made him use it sometimes, but the screams weren't worth it. He never got used to it. The best solution for us was tummy sleeping to even out his head shape, which worked just fine. At 6 months old, his head is lovely now. I realize tummy sleeping comes with significant controversy, so use your best parental judgment.

Amazing! Got rid of our babies flat head!
Amazing! If I could give this more then 5 stars I would! Our infant started to get flat head from preferring to sleep on one side. We got this pillow and the flat spot was reduced in weeks. We used it in her crib (until she could move then it was removed for safety), in her swing, when she was on her mats, when she was in her swing, her bouncy chair.. Pretty much anywhere we has her sitting/ laying and it worked with no issue!Only 'down side' was that the material where the Velcro attaches for whatever reason rubbed her hair a lot and she got a bit of a bald spot but I would take that any day over flat head!We will be using this from the start with our next baby!

Works perfectly, completely worth it!
This pillow is great! Resolved baby's badly flattened head in just a couple weeks! Well worth the 36CAD I paid, especially when compared to a $2000 helmet.100% polyester. As you should already know, the planet is being polluted by microplastics and polyester is a huge contaminant. Every time you wash polyester, you're sending hundreds of thousands of plastic fibers down the drain. Do everyone a favour and stop knowingly/willingly buying products that contain plastic when there are better options available.I can only hope that the manufacturer of this product will start using less damaging materials.

Great for support in stroller
Bought this product as it was recommended by another parent to help with flat head, unfortunately it is a bit too thick and tends to push their chin into their chest. I do however find that this works much better as just a head/neck support (as indicated in the product description) for the stroller.

Helped to correct my son's head as it had been ...
Helped to correct my son's head as it had been getting quite flat as an infant. We began to use this on the change table, in the stroller, on his playmat, etc. Combination of this pillow, babywearing and lots of tummy time and you'd never know now at 13 months old that it was so flat as a babe!
