Excelente producto, justo lo que buscábamos, hubo un pequeño detalle con el servicio de paquetería, sin embargo, el proveedor tomo acciones sobre el asunto.

Yo Mama's Foods Keto Classic Ketchup has been a great discovery. In fact, I now prefer it over traditional ketchup. The taste is reminiscent of a gourmet, homemade ketchup that one might expect to find in a high-end restaurant – rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Embarking on a keto diet initially felt like a sacrifice, especially when it came to giving up sugar and carbs. However, after about a month, my palate began to adapt and appreciate more nuanced flavors. Yo Mama's Foods Keto Classic Ketchup fits perfectly into this new diet. It's astounding how it maintains an excellent taste profile while being zero-calorie, no sugar added, low carb, and vegan. It's a testament to the fact that you don't need to overload on sweetness to enjoy a good food. Quite the opposite, actually. When in a pinch, I'll order burgers from a fast food place and throw them on a low carb tortilla. Sort of a "dirty keto" approach, but it's cheap, and it has a good blend of keto macros. Without ketchup, they always tasted like something was missing. With this stuff, they taste pretty great. In summary, Yo Mama's Foods Keto Classic Ketchup is an exceptional product that stands out not just for its health benefits, but for its superior taste. It's a must-try for anyone, keto or otherwise, who appreciates the subtler, more sophisticated flavors in their food. I think I'll keep using it over normal ketchup for the foreseeable future. 18lbs down -- 8-10 more to go. This diet feels like a life-hack, especially with products like this available.

At last, a barbecue sauce that doesn't have any sugar in it and is low in sodium. Why is this important? Well, the sugar is obvious, but what this sauce allows you to do is salt to taste. With other barbecue sauces they have a ton of salt, and you can't take that away. I'll also note that this does not have monk fruit, erythritol blend, stevia, sucralose or Allulose.. So it's not over the top sweet at all. But not in a bad way, and honestly if you want to sweeten it, then use your artificial sweeteners or honey, or whatever you like. I remember, many years ago, eating some ribs from a chef that was Creole in study and practice. The sauce he used on the ribs was similar (But spicier) . It was more vinegary, tomatoey, Oniony and lighter. This sauce reminds me of that. I put some of this in a dipping tray and put some other hot sauce in it, just to spice it up. It's perfect. Flavor is light, with a smokey hint to it, it's not spicy, think a little spicier than Ketchup, but lighter than that with a more pronounced tomato flavor, sort of like if you took out the salt and sugar from KC masterpiece, and halved it in intensity and added a little more tomato base, that's what this is. And I have to say, I'm SO SO happy that someone has finally done this. I'm so happy this product is around, I wish they made it in larger bottles, like a quart or something.

TL;DR: This sauce has the consistency and taste of Chef Boyardee canned pasta/ravioli sauce (the cheap processed stuff kids eat) with a few drops of budget/store-bought BBQ sauce (e.g., Kroger, HEB, Ralph’s, take your pick) mixed in. That, or a watered down (stale) marinara sauce with a bit of smoke flavor. Either way it’s not good, and very disappointing for such high star ratings and reviews. Full Review: I almost never leave reviews, but I’m confused as to why this product has such a high amount of positive reviews and star ratings. As a Texan, I love my BBQ. The sauce is a very important component to great BBQ, but unfortunately most tasty, full-flavor sauces are also full of junk like HFCS (high fructose corn syrup), molasses, and tons of sugar—with ketchup often being one of the main ingredients. Being health-conscious, I’ve been looking for a healthier sauce, and was happy to find this one was sweetened with monk fruit—as the research on monk fruit is solid, and puts it as one of the best healthy sweeteners (Dr. Sten Ekberg on YouTube, et. al). I was really hoping to love this sauce, but unfortunately it’s lacking big-time in the flavor department. It has the consistency and taste of Chef Boyardee canned pasta/ravioli sauce (the cheap processed stuff kids eat) with a few drops of budget/store-bought BBQ sauce (e.g., Kroger, HEB, Ralph’s, take your pick) mixed in. Very flat, tomato-ey flavor that tastes like watered down marinara (like another reviewer mentioned). Not good, and very disappointing for such high star ratings and reviews. The good news is that it can be salvaged by adding 1 Tbsp monk fruit (granulated) + 1 Tbsp sea salt to the bottle (1.5 Tbsp of each for even more flavor). That at least brings the sauce to a palatable level (sweet and savory) while keeping it healthy, but it’s a pain to have to add this DIY—it should already taste like this to begin with. I think that in their quest to keep the sodium content so low, they forgot about the flavor (a cardinal sin in the world of BBQ!). I’m going to try other healthy no-sugar BBQ sauce options like Primal Kitchen, Stevia Sweet, Pitmaster LT’s, Date Lady, and Good Food for Good. Those are all sweetened with a combination of monk fruit, stevia, or date powder. Hoping to find a good Texas-BBQ worthy one out of the bunch, and will report back after a taste test.
