Es genial, cogí el más duro de 60kg. Soy una persona de complexión delgada, peso unos 56kg y al principio no llegaba ni a las 3 repeticiones. Ahora consigo llegar a las 20 y el resultado es magnífico; he aumentado el volumen de antebrazo, brazo y hombros. Tengo más fuerza y un agarre increíble. Me sorprende ver que pocas personas se hayan atrevido con el de 60! Recomiendo el más duro y hacer pocas repeticiones, obtendrás resultados más rápidos que haciendo muchas repeticiones con una barra menos resistente. Pronto me pasaré a una barra de 80k
