I have absolutely loved using ritual. I have used their prenatals throughout my whole pregnancy and the difference is there as long as you are consistent. I have not been sick and I’ve been feeling good. My energy levels were high and I believe that quality of these is amazing. They come with two flavor, citrus and mint, and both are great. They are not sticky. The texture is smooth just glides when you drink them with water.

This is my favorite multi vitamin to use. I have been using it for years. I don’t know why I always tend to go back to it. I love the minty taste and scent. I do feel that it has a majority of the vitamins I am looking in one. If you are looking for a multi vitamin, give this a try.

I gave 5 stars because the vitamins boosted my energy and I wanted to love these, but the aftertaste and stomach upset from iron supplement was too overwhelming. Have constant fishy taste in mouth- tried with food, and different times of day with no luck.

Took these with a light breakfast and they did not hurt my stomach. They taste isn’t bad either.

I enjoy these so far!!! I switched to Ritual after stopping my post natals and I am enjoying them so far. You definitely need to take them with food as they will cause nausea on an empty stomach. The citrus flavor is pleasant and much better than fishy burps. I find they do not clump and quality is appropriately checked. I do think they are slightly overpriced for the amount available which is a major drawback in the current economy.

These are a game changer! I got the citrus flavor and the smell is soooo good. What’s even better is you barely taste the pill when you take it. I’ve noticed have much more energy, my days are more active. I’ve been getting better sleep. If I wake up too early like 5 am, that doesn’t bother me anymore. I can just stay up and start my day after spending some time just laying in bed. The right bottle in the picture is the other vitamin I take with this one.

I ordered the lemon only because I prefer lemon over mint. I haven’t experienced any of the negative effects that I read on other reviews. The recommended dose is 2 capsules per day, I take one in the morning with breakfast and one in the evening with dinner to keep my body from sluffing off the extra vitamins. Ice been taking them for 10 days now and my blood pressure is very happy and so am I.

Never again will I use this. I woke up at 3am with really bad pain. Was belching and burping up terrible fish flavor (even though I only took 1).
