And the photo is of after I adjusted sleeve and pant-leg lengths. It is a size 4. He is 13 and about 5’6”. It had to be rolled up the first tome he went to training in it. I removed about 4 inches from the sleeves and legs. His previous go was a size 3 and very light weight. The lengths were fine on that one. So if you are looking to upgrade quality based on this experience the higher quality gi is going to be much lengthier. Its very nice! Shipping was fast also. I havnt noticed any shrinkage. Ive washed it probably 4-5 times in cold water (in the washing machine) by itslef. I hang it to dry. The first time i just hung it on plastic hangers outside straight out of the washer. It was so wrinkled! So after some research i found that if you jerk the fabric straight when it is wet section by section it drys flat crisp and without wrinkles. Basically smooth it while its wet and its fine. He rubbed up on the car and got dirt all over it and had dirt on the knees also already. I spot treated with regular laundry spot remover it removed all dirt. Uodate: he no longer uses this gi because two seems were not sewn well enuf and holes developed rather quickly. The pants are basically destroyed. Review: It's decent - Uniform is a little snug. I bought a size 4. I'm 5'8" weigh about 160lbs. Jacket fits well. Pants are the snug part. Is it actually 14oz? I don't know. It's thinner than my proforce. But stiffer. Especially the tie strings. Like a 12oz. With a ton of starch. But it's half the price. It's good as a spare.

Eh
Does it’s job, but I had to order twice so now I have a size 4 I don’t need, they ran a little different I guess. It’s my gi I wear in the dojo right now and no issues so far.
