We are using this for an ingredient in our new beverage business. So far we are loving how easy it is to use and offer the same benefits as fresh. We will be using this along with other products from this line. The color quality is on point and we definitely get a bang for our buck. We are only offering natural ingredients with no dyes so this is perfect for our needs.

It has a slight yucky taste when adding to the frosting (it’s tumeric afterall) and it creates a Gold color, not yellow. Still on the hunt for a yellow. (The blue in this pic is spirulina which I’d highly recommend)

So bad the smell was turmeric and not even clear color not good for coloring

The coloring powder is very fine and gives a brownish-yellow appearance to white foods, which is reasonable for using turmeric as the color source. This does have turmeric flavor, though it's much milder than the usual ground spice.
