A bit more vinegar tang than Full Fat Mayonnaise and with a bit of lemon. Perfect for use with Mary's Crackers.The one Negative is that the Oil is not Organic. WHich means pesticides and/or herbicides were probably used. Though because it's non-GMO, they couldn't have use ROUND-UP. But it is Expeller Pressed, so no Solvants were used in extracting the oil. And Canola Oil is higher in the Good Fats (SCFA, MCFA) than even Olive oil. Wish they made an ALL Organic version.All the other ingredients are first rate.

You might as well get Hellmann’s Mayo as this was very similar. Extremely disappointed as thinking it would have a lemon/citrusy flavor, but did not. Bland in taste.

I brought to get away from mayo ingredients. Does enhance sandwiches. Like low salt content.
