This item work really good and keeps oil from my windshield, good product

It's not even worth one star. Followed application instructions exactly. Did half of windshield to start with and compared sides during and after rains and car wash. There was no difference in either side of windshield. Total waste of time and money.

Seemed to clean the glass fairly well, does not repel water.

It does not last very long at all. You can get the same effect on your windshield and side window glass by using a good quality paste wax on your windshield and it will last longer.

This item works great to get all the grime off of my trucks windshield. It provides a layer of protection for water resistance like rain x would. Very easy to apply and remove from the windshield. It is too early to tell the longevity of this product on my windshield. There is no interior or exterior shine, just a super clean windshield.

Therefore, I will never order something from Vine unless I actually intend to use it. I think this is important for readers to understand because it means I will never order an item just to provide a fake five star review to a company. If I review something as good, it means I actually enjoyed using it or it fills its intended purpose correctly. Items that don't meet my expectations will be reviewed accordingly. Why I ordered this item: Our car windshields seem to get beaten up quite a bit. I'm not sure if it's where we live, but I want something that will remove scratches and get them squeaky clean. Likes: * This cleans windshields better than regular car wash in my opinion. My partner didn't notice a difference but I looked at it more closely and felt that it was a step up in terms of the residue that is often left by car wash fluid. * I have not had an opportunity to test the anti-fog properties of this, so that does not factor into my equation. No likes: * The scratch removal didn't really work for us. The scratches in question were more swirls than actual deep scratches but they did not come out after ~5 minutes of working the compound into the glass. * I think standard glass cleaner works better to clean windshields than this stuff and it's cheaper. Would I pay full price for this product: I don't think I would buy this again. Final thoughts: This is kind of overpriced for how well it works. When a product makes bold claims and does not fully back them up, it's always disappointing. I think you can find a better cleaner for your windows than this.
