Is it 110watt or 220 ? will it work in europe

If it doesn't have a switch from 110 to 220, then I do not think it will work in Europe. The fact that it gets current from the receiver doesn't mean receivers in all countries necessarily send the same voltage to their speakers. I would guess 220v receivers send 220v to speakers.

Do these speakers accept banana plugs connections?

Definitely get a processor with an amp it tripled my experience went from denon avr x8500h to marantz av8805 with monolith 11x and. Monolith 2 channel
